BODYCOMBAT™

A high-energy martial arts-inspired workout that is totally non-contact. Punch and kick your way into fitness. No experience needed. Learn moves from Karate, Taekwondo, Boxing, Muay Thai, Capoeira and Kung Fu. Release stress, have a blast and feel like a champ. Bring your best fighter attitude and leave inhibitions at the door.

Les Mills Sprint™

A 30-minute High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout, using an indoor bike to achieve fast results. It’s a short, intense style of training where the thrill and motivation comes from pushing your physical and mental limits.

Cycle

Lead riders through physical challenges of endurance, strength, high intensity intervals and of course recovery. Music drives the workout and coaching holds each rider accountable. Incorporate this into your weekly workout so when you hit the trails or the road you’ll feel stronger or simply add great cardio training without the impact of running.

POP Pilates™

A Pilates-inspired fitness class that fuses ab-chiseling and total body defining moves choreographed to upbeat pop songs. This intense, mat-based workout challenges students to rhythmically flow from one exercise to the next, developing a rock solid core while leaving no muscle untouched.

Zumba™

Combines dance and fitness moves. Inspired by Latin dance and music, Zumba uses a variety of styles in its routines, including Cumbia, Merengue, Salsa, Reggaeton, Mambo, Flamenco, and Hip Hop. Music sections include both fast and slow rhythms to help tone and sculpt the body.

INSANITY Live

INSANITY is a revolutionary cardio-based total body conditioning program based on the principles of MAX Interval Training. By using MAX Interval Training, INSANITY pushes the participant to new training heights, resulting in more calories burned, faster results, and a more efficient metabolism. No equipment used, just your own body. All levels welcome.

Barre Sculpt

Barre Sculpt is a hybrid workout class - combining strength training, ballet-inspired moves along with elements of Pilates. This total body workout gets deep into the muscles used for balance and posture, as well as muscles used for everyday life. In every class expect to use some of all of the following: weights, resistance bands, Pilates ball. Please bring your own mat. You will feel toned, stronger and more flexible after each class.

Yoga

Release tension and stiffness, and live more fully. Combining breath work, meditation and movement sequences, our yoga practice leaves you feeling calm and limber from tip to toe. All levels welcome.

Power Yoga: With Laura Nova

A specialized yoga class intended to expand lung capacity, build internal heat, increase stamina, strength and flexibility, as well as reduce stress stored in the body. Prepare to leave class feeling energized and centered: a guaranteed detox. Class length is 50 minutes. Bring your own mat.

5k/10k Bound

This class is for the beginner to intermediate runner looking for a structured training plan leading up to local races. Participants will set personal goals for the race and be given target paces and workouts leading to crushing those goals. When class is in session, participants will have coached workouts and when class is not in session, they will have a schedule to follow between meetups.

Cardio Kickboxing

Cardio meets conditioning in this all-levels workout. Punch, hook and kick to the music for fierce, full-body results.

Zumba Gold™

The ultimate dance fitness party for fun-loving adults. Move to the beat at your own speed and revitalize your body.

Recovery for Athletes

Athletes get stronger with rest. This class will take participants through gentle yoga poses and stretches followed by foam rolling to do away all those trouble spots. Despite the importance of rolling and stretching, it’s the one part of fitness many cut out. Not any more!

SilverSneakers™

Have fun and move to the music while improving strength and range of motion for everyday life. (Chair available).
